📦 Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

We operate on a monthly shipping cycle for subscription boxes:
🗓️ Orders placed during the month will be processed and shipped between the 20th and 30th.

One-time box will ship within 10–14 days after we receive your order.

⏳ Delivery time starts after your order is shipped (between the 20th–30th of each month for subscription boxes and 10-14 days for one-time box purchase).

📮 P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO locations.

 

📦 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number.
Tracking will be active within 24 hours.

 

🌍 International Shipping

🚫 We do not currently ship internationally.

🚚 Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take care in packaging your order, Disney Enchanted is not liable for lost or damaged shipments.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

• Keep all packaging and damaged items for evidence.
